Author Biography

Leon Rogers is a professor of Construction Management at Brigham Young University (BYU). He also is the President of Construction Management Associates, a construction and consulting firm specializing in management systems for residential contractors. He has worked with a number of companies to help improve their management techniques and establish systems to monitor and improve construction operations. He has also developed a number of highly acclaimed employee training programs for construction companies
