Through straightforward and easy-to-comprehend explanations and illustrations, this revised and expanded sixth edition: presents general concepts and principles of financial planning and analysis; provides special tips for multiple-project builders, developers and remodelers to use and benefit from the profit center concept; explains how technology facilitates accounting processes; presents performance metrics to enhance the understanding of critical operational areas of the company; and details how to integrate job cost accounting with estimating, purchasing, and scheduling.
